1. Data controller

ONE CYCLING / ONE SPORT SCIENCE, Colombian Tax ID 901087911-7, located at Kr 13 #118A-48, Usaquén, Bogotá, Cundinamarca (Bogotá, Colombia), is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

2. Legal framework

This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and related habeas data regulations.

3. Data we process

This website has no sign-up forms and no user area. We only process the data each person voluntarily sends us through WhatsApp or email: name, phone, email address, and the sport or health information they choose to share in order to assess a service.

WhatsApp conversations take place on the WhatsApp/Meta platform and are additionally governed by that provider’s policies.

When a service is contracted (bike fit, training or performance assessment), we also process the anthropometric, biomechanical and performance data required to deliver it.

4. Purposes

Answering information requests and scheduling services.

Delivering and documenting the contracted service, including bike fit reports, training plans and assessments.

Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site is static and, as of the date of this policy, sets no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and runs no external application JavaScript.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical connection data such as IP address and browser type for security and service operation.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, served from our own domain and without cookies, to count page views and conversion events. Those events record the path you leave from and the destination you go to, with no parameters and no personal identifiers. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.

6. Processors and transfers

We use technology providers that may store information outside Colombia: Vercel (site hosting), Google (email) and Meta (WhatsApp). Each operates under its own data processing policies.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Retention

Contact data is kept while a service relationship or legitimate service interest exists. Records generated by delivered services are kept for the applicable legal periods and then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Any person may access, update, correct and delete their data, request proof of the authorization granted, be informed about the use of their data, and revoke that authorization.

To exercise these rights, write to onecycling.co@gmail.com with your name, the specific request and a reply channel. Enquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, as required by Law 1581 of 2012.
