PERFORMANCE CASE REVIEW

Knee pain can come from four different places.

The cleat, the saddle height, a hip that lost range, or ramping up volume too fast. Four possible origins, and they do not all lead to the same service: the first three are a fit problem and the fourth is not. Diagnosis One separates them before you pay for the wrong one.

Two decades of applied cycling science.

What it is

Having data does not mean knowing what to do with it.

Diagnosis One is a paid first session that sorts out the case of the cyclist's information before choosing training plans, BIKEFIT 3D or BIKEFINDER 3D with GURU technology, performance assessment or follow-up.

Sometimes the honest answer is that none of them applies yet, and that gets said too. When one does, the case goes toward training, BIKEFIT 3D, BIKEFINDER 3D or performance profiling without forcing unnecessary services.

Who it is for

  • Cyclists who train but are not sure whether they are progressing.
  • Cyclists with discomfort or position questions.
  • People preparing to buy a bicycle.
  • Cyclists with a power meter but no clear interpretation.
  • Athletes seeking a second expert reading before investing.

What it includes

  • Case review.
  • Goal review.
  • Review of available data.
  • Identification of priorities.
  • Recommendation of the next step: BIKEFIT 3D, training, BIKEFINDER 3D, profiling or follow-up.

What it does not promise

It does not promise shortcuts or universal answers. Its value is defining priorities before investing time, money or energy in the next step.

Frequently asked questions

Before requesting Diagnosis One.

Is Diagnosis One free?

No: it costs USD 40. And there is a reason, because it includes a professional reading of your case, a baseline and a route of work. What matters is what happens next: that amount is deducted from whichever service you book, so for anyone who enters the process it adds nothing to the total. And if the conclusion is that none of them applies yet, you saved the one you were about to pay for.

Can I start if I do not live in Bogotá?

Yes. Some services are virtual or hybrid. Processes using GURU Ultimate 3D require an in-lab visit.

Do I need a power meter or previous data?

They help, but they are not required to start. The diagnosis clarifies which data matter and how to obtain them.

When should I consult another professional?

When the case goes beyond guidance in performance, biomechanics, preventive health or training. Medical, nutrition, physiotherapy or psychological evaluation should be provided by the appropriate professional when required.
