PERFORMANCE AND BIOMECHANICS LAB · USAQUÉN, BOGOTÁ

Between what you feel and what happens, there are millimetres.

At ninety revolutions per minute your knee traces the same arc five thousand times an hour. At that scale, three millimetres of saddle height stop being a detail. We measure your position while you pedal, the engine that drives it and the bike you are about to buy.

Two decades of applied cycling science.

ONE architecture

One system for measurable change in performance, position and compatibility

ONE integrates assessment, training, biomechanics and monitoring so each service produces a concrete outcome: athletic progress, a sustainable position or a bicycle compatible with the rider and their goals.

Problem

More data does not produce better results on its own.

A cyclist with a power meter, a watch and a ring gets three numbers every morning that do not talk to each other: one says you are fresh, another that your form dropped, the third that you slept badly. None of the three knows what you trained last week, or what has been hurting since March, or that on Saturday there is a forty-minute climb.

ONE method

Measure, change one thing, measure again.

It sounds obvious and it is where most processes break: they change three things at once and then nobody can tell which one worked.

Assess. Intervene. Monitor. Verify.

Assess

01

We write down where you start, in numbers. Without that line, six months from now there is nothing to compare against.

Intervene

02

We change what the assessment points at, and we say why that one and not another.

Monitor

03

We watch load, recovery and whether you are actually doing the work, because a plan you cannot follow is not a plan.

Verify

04

We measure again under the same protocol. If it did not work, that gets said too.

ONE inside Casa WÄRI

A boutique in Santa Bárbara Occidental, Bogotá, that since 2019 has brought together four independent businesses. A rider who comes up to be assessed can go back down to physiotherapy, to be measured for a garment and to a glass of wine, without moving the car.
