The laboratory is not in a shopping centre or a clinic.
It is on the second floor of a boutique in Santa Bárbara Occidental that since 2019 has brought together four different businesses: physiotherapy, technical cycling apparel, a cellar of wines and cheeses, and performance science. A rider who comes up to be assessed can go back down to be measured for a trisuit and stay for a frame of billiards while their legs cool off.

Four independent businesses, one address.
They are not ONE partners and there are no joint packages: each one charges for its own work and answers for it. What they share is the audience and the building, and for a rider that means three things which usually take three trips happen behind one door.

Physiotherapy and sports massage. The most used neighbour: a mobility restriction that shows up in the assessment gets worked on twenty steps away.

Cycling kit and trisuits with in-house patternmaking under the design direction of Alejandro Solano, with fittings before, during and after the make.

Cellar and long tables
A cellar of wines, champagnes and selected cheeses, with more than 88 imported beer labels, several of them alcohol-free. It has a meeting room, a billiard table, board games and pop and soft rock records from the eighties and nineties. It is where the conversation ends when a lab session runs long.
Why the location matters
A three-hour session does not end when the simulator switches off.
It ends with a hip restriction worth working on, with a garment that pinches where the new position no longer allows it, and with a conversation that runs another half hour. All three are handled here, which is why the laboratory sits where it sits.

Does ONE own Casa WÄRI?
No. Casa WÄRI is the boutique, and it has existed since 2019. ONE SPORT SCIENCE is one of the four businesses inside it, holding the main shopfront and the second floor. The other three are independent: they share an address and an audience, not ownership or billing.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
Into the house, yes, and the cellar is open. Into the laboratory, no: each service needs a different setup, the simulator is configured per person and a bike fit session occupies the room for two to three hours. Visits are arranged beforehand by WhatsApp or email.
What does a rider gain from the lab being here rather than in a standalone unit?
Continuity, mostly. A mobility restriction that shows up in the assessment can be worked on twenty steps away, and a new position that calls for different kit is handled with the people who make it. None of that is included in ONE services or billed together, but it saves three trips and two weeks.
